Where are your Signature products made?
Our Signature products are handwoven in our studio in Edinburgh, Scotland, using our two peg dobby floor looms. All of the hand finishing, washing and brushing is also completed in house.
Where do you source your alpaca fibre?
All of our alpaca fibre is ethically sourced from small alpaca breeders across Great Britain. Our Signature products use only the natural colours of the alpaca fleece, and to ensure the best finish we have the fibre bespoke spun into yarn for us by a specialist family-run mill here in Scotland.
Why do you use alpaca?
Alpaca fibre is exceptionally soft, strong, insulating and hypoallergenic as it doesn’t contain any lanolin, making it suitable for those with sensitivity to wool.
As we source the alpaca fibre ourselves as raw fleeces from British breeders we are able to ensure we only work with fully traceable and ethically sourced yarn. By sourcing the alpaca locally it has a much lower carbon footprint and so is a more sustainable.
I’ve found a design I love but can I have it in a different colour or size?
Yes you can. Not all of our Signature products are listed on our website shop, if there is something you have in mind please contact us for details of other items in our collection.

Will my order be gift wrapped and can I add a message?
All Signature products are wrapped in a cotton drawstring bag, tissue paper and a Signature presentation box tied up with ribbon.
If you wish to add a gift message please tick the ‘this is a gift’ option at the checkout and type your own personal message for us to add to the parcel.
How do I care for my Signature product?
All of our products come with a care label which details how best to care for them. We recommend our Signature handwoven products are cleaned by specialist dry clean only.
The best way to store our handwoven Signature products is in the cotton bag provided to keep them safe when packing for travel and when not in use. We advise using moth protection when storing for longer periods of time.
