FAQs

Q: How can I make payment?

A: We run all of our payments through PayPal. You do not need to have a PayPal account to make a payment and you can use any card simply by clicking through the steps at Checkout.

 

Q: How quickly will my order arrive?

A: All orders are shipped with Parcelforce. If your order is in stock we will ship it as soon as payment has been confirmed by 24 hour delivery. If orders arrive after 10am they will be shipped the following working day. If your order is not in stock we will let you know and ensure it is shipped as soon as it is back in stock. We will let you know when your order has been shipped and send through the tracking code.
